    Yes, but there is a shipping fee based on location etc.

     Yes

What is the graduated compression mmhg of your calf compression sleeves?
     The compression on the calf sleeve is 15-22mmhg

What is the graduated compression rating of the compression socks?
     The compression rating is 20-30mmhg for the comp socks 

Are the calf sleeves easy to put on?
     The calf compression sleeves are fairly easy to put on as they have 15-          22mmhg which is a mid grade compression level.

How difficult is it to put on the full compression socks?
     The compression stockings are a little trickier to put on as they have a closed toe footing and the compression is 20-30mmhg.
